Your colleagues on the grievance team are here to help ensure that you have the rights and protections that the Collective Bargaining Agreement guarantees. The grievance team can only address issues that arise from a violation of the CBA, can only represent union members, and cannot address workplace issues that arose before the grievant joined the union.
